PROJECT CONTENT: 4 500 000 m3 of excavation and filling works, ground improvement of coal storage area; 55 000 m wick drain application with 150.000 m3 surgcharge process, reclamation of Kızlarsuyu Stream located next to existing slopes and plant area; 3000 mt of retaining wall application, preparation of excavated landfills, construction of central access road and bridge construction for the Levelling And Site Preparation Works of AYAS-600 MW Coal Fired Power Plant. 2.500.000 m3 of excavation was carried out with controlled blasting techniques. Vibration measurements were recorded for each blasting round near the existing power plant.
