The base ash produced in the thermal power plant consists mainly of SiO2, Al2O, Fe2O, CaO compounds. It has a porous structure. It is a by-product with a grain size of 1,00mm-15mm.
Usage areas :
It is used as a raw material in the production of briquettes, ready-made plaster and block brick. It is also used as a pozzolan additive for cement production.
Base ash, as the structure and physical properties, serves as a good isolation. For this purpose, briquette and block bricks with added ash are preferred in the construction sector due to the advantage of insulation factor.
